Mr. Wall has spent his career fighting for the rights of those accused of crimes. His practice encompasses both state and federal courts in Utah and Wyoming, from misdemeanor charges to capital cases.
With hundreds of cases tried — including violence, murder, sex offenses, shaken baby syndrome, bank robbery, money laundering, tax fraud, drug conspiracy, murder-for-hire, and bombings — he brings unmatched trial experience to every defense.
Mr. Wall clerked for the Honorable judges of the 9th Judicial District of Wyoming and served as a deputy county and prosecuting attorney for Fremont County, Wyoming. This experience from both sides of the courtroom gives him an invaluable perspective in building defense strategies.
His appellate practice includes the Utah Supreme Court, Utah Court of Appeals, Wyoming Supreme Court, Federal Courts of Appeals, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
